Change of use of unoccupied dwellinghouse into holiday let accommodation, a publicly accessible interpretation/community space, upgrading the fabric of ancillary spaces currently accessed by NTS staff caring for the gardens. Works include upgrading the external fabric inclusive of partial re-rendering, refurbishment of cast iron rain water goods and isolated roof repairs
