Erection of a mixed-use development comprising 151 residential apartments and 5 commercial units (Use Class E), including 2 commercial units located at ground floor beneath the residential buildings and 3 commercial units to the north of the site, together with associated landscaping, car and cycle parking, new and improved vehicular and pedestrian access, servicing arrangements, public and private amenity space, refuse and plant areas, and all associated groundworks, infrastructure and engineering works.
