Full proposal

Erection of part single, part two storey rear/side extension and new front porch canopy. New roof over main house with front and rear facing Velux windows. Part conversion of existing garage to form habitable space and alterations to existing roofs over garage and side extension. New render to ground floor and tile hanging to first floor front and side elevations and replacement of existing tile hanging. Erection of detached car port and new 600mm high trellis added to areas of garden fence.
