External alterations for roof works to repair roofs. Existing built-up felt roofing removed to flat roof and pitched roof to rear, tiles to mansard to rear and tiled roof and mansard to front. All dormer sash windows to be prepared and repainted white as existing. Gutters behind parapets to be re-lined. (17/18 Henrietta Street)
