Full proposal

Internal and external work to convert two first floor offices to two no. 2 bedroom flats, removal of existing asbestos lean-to roof covering, structural work to roof and roof windows and recover with new concrete profiled tiles. Replace existing timber windows with new double glazed timber sash windows. Formation of new window opening to rear elevation. Installation of mezzanine floor to create additional second bedroom within proposed flat 2, along with the insertion of two roof windows.
