Internal alterations for removal of one modern stud wall on the ground floor, replacing a modern staircase, adding a toilet and stud partitions to sub-divide the space. Removal of boarding covering a window on ground floor and restoring existing window. Installation of modern heating system, secondary glazing and thermal drylining to some areas of the building to enhance the thermal insulation of the building, damp proof work. Disability access with provision of removable stairlift. Replacement of flat roof of garage.
