Full proposal

External works including the provision of temporary scaffolding to facilitate the works, chimney repairs and replacement of pots, coping stone repairs, pitched roof repairs and reroofing, flat roof repairs and replacements, stonework cleaning and repairs, window replacements, timber window repairs, leadwork repairs, replacement of uPVC rainwater goods with cast iron, waterproof coatings to box gutters, external redecorations. Internal works including replacing lath and plaster ceiling, replacing plasterboard ceiling, removal of existing lime plaster, lime plaster repairs, application of damp-proofing and waterproofing system to a section of wall within the basement to address ongoing dampness and timber decay.
