Renovation of existing bungalow, including full ground floor refurbishment and a two storey rear extension to provide an open plan kitchen/diner, utility room, family bathroom and two bedrooms, with a first floor master bedroom and ensuite. Loft to be re lined and insulated for storage, with a mezzanine linking old and new areas. External works to include chimney removal, front garden landscaping to incorporate one off street parking space, and installation of a new heating system and full rewire.
