Full proposal

Consolidate two of the three existing flats into a single dwelling. New principal access to consolidated dwelling at ground floor via communal hallway. Removal of existing lower ground floor access and replacement with new LGF access. Existing swing door access from LGF extension to be replaced with fixed glazing. Implementation of new staircase to internally connect LGF and GF and other minor internal alterations.
