Single storey rear and side extension, second-floor extension over a non-original flat-roofed section of the house, removal of select modern partitions and formation of minimal new openings in existing fabric, works within the basement to provide increased headroom, external works to improve the listed building, including re-pointing, refurbishing windows and works to the pitched roof and landscaping works to the rear and west of the building
