Residential development of 105 dwellings (C3), alongside altered access from Bedford Road, new access from Hillgrounds Road, pedestrian and cycle access from Manor Drive, open space, play area, hard and soft landscaping, and all engineering, ancillary and associated works including new foul pumping station, new electrical substation, retaining walls, SuDS basins, and demolition of all existing structures and hard surfaces.
