Proposal/DescriptionConversion of a commercial unit into two contemporary apartments. To enable a functional internal layout, certain glass panels will be replaced with blank grey panels. Where internal walls intersect with the current glazing, the glass will be substituted with solid panels to preserve a consistent and cohesive façade. (Change of use and conversion submitted as a separate permitted development application on P/25/04030/PNCBD).
