Proposal/DescriptionConversion of the garage, a hip-to-gable loft conversion with dormers on both the front and rear sides, and a rear ground-floor extension, along with the removal of the chimney. Constructing a porch, installing roof lights, and adding solar panels. Widening the existing driveway, demolishing the current boundary wall and fence, and replacing them with composite cladding that matches the existing height. The plan also includes removing tall foliage and bushes to enhance visibility for the driveway, as well as building a single-storey summer house.
