Location: Former Imperial College Medical School, Praed Street, London, W2 1NY Proposal: Demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to create a Sui Generis Clinical Life Sciences medical discovery hub including provision for clinical trials, plus retail/restaurant/café/gym uses (Class E(a), (b), (d) and (g)), a multifunctional community and learning space (Class F2), basement plant, landscaping, cycle parking facilities and installation of roof top plant and all other works incidental to the proposals.
