Prior notification under schedule 2, Part 3, Class MA for the change of use to part of the existing Office building (Class E) into residential (Class C3) on first and second floors to create 4 self contained residential flats. Determination of whether Prior Approval is required concerning: (a) Transport and Highways impacts of the development; (b) Contamination risks on the site; (c) Flooding risks on the site; (d) Impacts of noise from commercial premises on the intended occupiers of the development and (e) Impact on character or sustainability of the conservation area; (f) Provision of adequate natural light in all habitable rooms of the dwellinghouses.
