Full proposal

Internal and external alterations to Flat 3 on second floor incorporating alteration to internal layout, replacement timber sash windows and removal of grilles above to front and new window to rear. Concrete tiles on first floor rear bay replaced with slate. Refurbishment works including to front communal entrance door, railings and reinstated tiling to entrance path.
