External alterations to the existing industrial building, including recladding of elevations, replacement of the roof with a thermally efficient composite cladding system incorporating rooflights and roof-mounted photovoltaic panels, closure of existing loading bay openings and office windows, erection of a small open-sided ancillary canopy, and associated reconfiguration of on-site car parking and servicing areas. No change of use and no new vehicular access.
