Full proposal

The application is for the whole sites use class to be updated from Class C3 to Class C3b to be able to utilise the existing buildings on site to become a small-scale specialist care facility to provide care for adults with learning difficulties / or autism. There would be 4 full time residents in the main Balan House, with the opportunity for one further resident in Balan Bungalow.
