Full proposal

Demolition of existing side extensions and construction of a new single-storey side/rear extension with rooflights and associated fenestration alterations. Addition of a new storey above the existing rear bay, installation of a dormer window, and insertion of a new obscured glazed window to the side elevation at second floor level.
