Redevelopment of Woodside Primary (Use Class F1(a)) including demolition of all existing buildings and the construction of a new primary school comprising of 3 separate single storey buildings connected by a canopy with associated access (including new emergency access from Little Pipers Close), parking, external play spaces and hard and soft landscaping together with the erection of a single storey temporary school for a period of 16 months to be located on playing field to the east of the existing school
