Part change of use of single dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a mixed use of single dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) and a home-based alternative medicine clinic (Sui Generis) with internal alterations including the conversion of existing garage/workshop to therapy rooms and external alterations including replacement of garage door with set of french doors and sidelights.
