Full proposal

External building fabric maintenance work to include: Cleaning and repairing the clay-tiled pitched roofs, Cleaning, re pointing and repairing the brick chimney stacks, Cleaning the lead-covered dormers, parapet gutter and flashings and repairing or replacing any defective lead where necessary, Recovering two asphalt covered flat roofs at the rear of the buildings, Cleaning and repainting the cast iron and plastic rainwater goods, Repainting the previously painted render finishes at the front of the buildings and Redecorating the previously decorated external doors and windows at the front and rear.
