Full proposal

Replacement of all existing roof coverings across the property, including both pitched and flat roofs. New flat roof over the Winter Garden and rebuilding of external wall. Structural repairs to window lintels and localised brickwork repairs. Internal alterations within the Winter Garden area to facilitate the proposed reconfiguration of the space. New timber sash windows and french doors to the Winter Garden following the rebuilding works.
