Internal and external alterations including the installation of a glazed privacy screen and retractable skylight on the rear extension at second floor level to use of the flat roof as a roof terrace; repainting of brickwork and installation of a security camera to the front elevation; replacement of first-floor flank elevation windows; installation of a new glass ceiling within the existing ground floor void; revised bathroom layout at first-floor level; enlargement of guest bathrooms at second and third floors; reinstatement of internal joinery and finishes; including minor external alterations and repairs.
