Proposed internal reconfiguration including minor demolition to create an open-plan living space, reconfiguration of the side hallway and conversion of vaults to store and WC all at lower ground floor level, and relocation of partition walls, removal of in-built joinery, new bathroom fitout, and re-establishment of fire hearth all at first floor level. Erection of 2no. dormer windows within the internal valley of the main roof and installation of PV panels on flat side roof.
