Full proposal

Proposed demolition of the existing garage and construction of a new, contemporary replacement garage at 5 Ravenscroft Road, CW2 8PG, Crewe. The replacement garage is designed to provide improved functionality for secure vehicle parking and practical domestic storage, including general household and garden equipment storage. The new structure will be more modern in appearance and will better reflect the environmental context and surrounding architectural character, using appropriate materials, proportions, and detailing to ensure a sympathetic addition to the property and the wider streetscene.
