Full proposal

Erection of an revised boundary fence following previous refusal, incorporating a reduction in height and improved appearance. The proposal seeks to provide a secure and safe enclosed garden space, whilst minimising visual impact on the surrounding street. The fence has been designed using natural timber materials to ensure a more appropriate and softer appearance in keeping with the character of the area. The revised scheme responds to previous concerns by reducing the perceived dominance of the structure of the fence and improving the integration within the street, whilst still maintaining necessary levels of privacy and security for ourselves, dog and family.
