Demolition of existing buildings and structures on site and redevelopment to provide flexible commercial, business and service floorspace (Use Class E) at ground floor level, with residential uses (Use Class C3) above in two new buildings ranging from four to ten storeys, along with disabled car parking, cycle parking, public realm and amenity space, along with associated works.
