Partial demolition of 22 and 24 Southwark Bridge Road and redevelopment of site comprising the erection of an 18 storey building (maximum height 58.9m AOD) to accommodate a 530 bed hotel use with associated amenity spaces (Class C1) with a 408 sqm flexible cultural use (Sui Generis) at ground floor level, associated cycle parking, landscaping, access and servicing, plant and equipment and all other associated works.
