Retrospective planning permission is sought for the following improvements and associated works 1.The erection of a prefabricated timber garden office / summer house complete with a WC including the foul sewer connection to the existing sceptic tank that serve Penberth. 2.The widening of the existing main entrance / driveway by 2 meters, taking down and rebuilding the masonry gate pillar. 3.The widening of the existing driveway within the property to provide an additional two car parking spaces as well as increasing the available turning area. 4.The reconstruction of the dilapidated dry stone southern boundary wall with the public footpath replacing the drystone wall with stone filled gabion baskets incorporating the reclaimed stone. 5.The reconstruction of the fallen down dry stone eastern boundary wall. Boundary wall replaced with stone filled gabion baskets - reusing the existing stonework 6. Construction of 1m high wall built within the northern boundary of the property.
