Full proposal

Change of use of the ground floor of West wing from B1 Business (offices) to D1 non-residential (dental practice), change of use of the existing reception and adjacent offices from B1 Business (offices) to A3 food + drink (collaboration cafe), along with extension to East elevation, temporary offices to the North West & new PV panels on existing flat roof. Proposed works include the demolition of internal & external walls, construction of new internal walls, and installation of new rooflights to existing roof.
