Comprehensive mixed-use redevelopment comprising up to 69 residential units and up to 1,871 sqm GIA of non-residential floorspace (including commercial units (Class E(a-c)), artist studios/workshops (Class E(g)(iii)) and flexible non-residential floorspace (Class E(f)/F1(b-e)/F2(b)/cinema/live music venue) within blocks of 1-4 storeys; together with works to the former Co-op building on Spital Street (including partial demolition, façade alterations and construction of additional rooftop storey); and associated access, landscaping, infrastructure, cycle parking, waste storage, new public realm, removal of sub-station, and alterations to Orchard Street including new boundary wall/archway to east side of Westgate Car Park
