Continue use & retain works facilitating change of use from bakery to ancillary residential use, including the replacement of roof tiles & windows. Conversion of doors to windows on eastern elevation & addition of new door to western elevation. Removal of chimneys & replacement with flue. Repointing of bricks. Addition of photovoltaic panels to roof.
