Full proposal

Construct solar farm (up to 40 MW) with associated (approximately) 20 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS); comprising the erection of solar panels mounted on frames; a 132 kV DNO Substation compound; containerised battery units; centralised inverter housing, substation building; water storage tanks; spares container; perimeter fencing with CCTV cameras and access gates. Form new vehicular access (from Cuckoo Hill Road), modify existing accesses, form access tracks and temporary construction compounds. Install underground cabling and all ancillary grid infrastructure. Carry out landscaping and associated site works.
