Erection of a rear roof extension, including the formation of a hip to gable roof extension, installation of 2no. rooflights in the front roofslope and installation of a window to the side elevation at roof level; erection of a part one part two storey rear extension at ground and first floor level, following partial demolition of the existing ground and first floor rear extensions; installation of 1no. obscure glazed window, to both side elevations at first floor level; installation of new windows to replace all existing; rendering of the external front, side and rear walls of the main building ( out of borough)
