Demolition of the former water iron treatment works building and the erection of a new electricity substation including new buildings, parking/turning area and boundary treatment within a compound area. Construction of new access road (including an underground cable corridor; and Supporting infrastructure including landscaping and tree removal, a bat compensation structure, and various earthworks to create the new road and a level flat compound area (and the creation of an underground cable corridor to the A325).
