Single storey front porch extension and replacement of flat roof to porch with pitched roof, replacement of single storey side and rear roofs with pitched roofs and addition of roof light windows. Alterations of materials to front wall and dwelling and alterations to the fenestration. Creation of driveway and associated landscaping.
