Warm deck roof on existing flat roof joists finished with single ply membrane, to replace existing felt roof. Existing store to be converted to study, Existing garage door to be replaced with window. Timber cladding to part of the exterior. Replace uPVC windows and doors with aluminium. Replace uPVC fascias and bargeboards with timber. New roof lights to flat roof.
