Full proposal

Install a four person lift alongside service stair, replacing existing hoist, to connect all building levels from the lower ground floor to the roof space to provide full access to all levels. Caretaker flat will be renovated, to create a more compact and enhanced living space. A new door will be added to the Main Hall and the ante room to provide service access and a secondary escape route. The entrance fence gates will be renovated to improve both vehicle and pedestrian access (as amended).
