Sustainable alterations to add insulation to reduce heat loss through the flat roof and raise the upstands and replace the cupola. Add solar PV panels to reduce carbon footprint. Replace the single glazed French doors with a double glazed doors. Internal alterations to provide a larger kitchen diner and add a double door opening to the lounge. Move the bathroom to the old kitchen to increase the size and make accessible for future proofing.
