Full proposal

Installation of 10 roof-mounted solar PV panels on rear and northwest roof slopes of existing dwelling, with internal battery and inverter system, and bird protection mesh. The system has been sensitively designed to minimise visual impact and preserve the character of the New Town Conservation Area, with all panels flush-mounted and positioned to avoid street-facing elevations. No structural alterations or demolition involved.
