Full proposal

Install an external passenger lift adjacent to principal stepped entrance with raised metal walkway. Retrofit single glazed, timber windows with Fineo 8 vacuum glazing, retain frames. Overhaul slate roof and install metal edge protection to flat roof. Remove two trees to facilitate boundary wall rebuild. Replace external light fixtures and undercroft gates on like for like basis. Internal alterations to remove existing partition walls and construct new walls.
