A part retrospective application for the change of use from a Health Centre (Use Class E) to a mixed use as administrative Offices (Use Class E), Community Centre (Use Class F.2) and a Café (Use Class E) for the sale of food and drink principally to visiting members of the public where consumption of that food and drink is mostly undertaken on the premises (with no hot food takeaway) together with the retention of cladding to the west and east elevation of the entrance porch, and the south elevation of the building. Proposed alterations to the inner courtyard consisting of alterations to four existing windows (i.e. the two existing windows would merge and a bi-fold door opening formed, one window would be reduced in height and one window would change to a door) and the erection of a bin store enclosure.
