Refurbishment and improvements to the whole of the building and a single storey extension to create an accessible ground floor flat. Reconfiguration of existing ground floor layout to create an accessible flat including a bedroom, bathroom and kitchette area as well as creating access to communal dining, living, cooking and laundry areas of the building. Refurbishment of the first floor to introduce ensuites to each bedroom and multi-functional rooms. Refurbishing part of the external landscape to provide level access to the front entrance as well as adding an outdoor meeting pod and sheds (Additional information and amended plans received 3rd December 2025 and 23rd January 2026)
