Residential development at West Quay to provide 141 no. residential properties (use class C3) incorporating new commercial unit (E use class) through the conversion of the existing warehouse building and construction of new apartment blocks (6 storeys) following the demolition of existing structures, together with the associated landscaping and amenity spaces, and closure and alteration of vehicular accesses.
