Proposed change of use and conversion works to the existing 3 storey office building (Use Class E1), to create a mixed use development comprising workshops/artist and creative studios at ground floor and 3no. 2-bedroom apartments at first and second floors. Internal alterations, including new thermal lining and partitions. External works to include a new fire escape staircase, raised garden terrace and stair, removal of modern extension and rearranged parking.
