Hybrid planning application seeking: (1) Full planning permission for construction of 446 residential dwellings and associated landscaping, access and highway works, drainage and infrastructure, and demolition of the existing farm buildings (2) Outline planning permission for: Up to 70 extra care dwellings (including community facilities and services) (Use Class C3(b)), up to 280sq.m of flexible non-residential floorspace for use as either Commercial, Business and Service (Class E) or Local Community and Learning (Class F) uses, and associated parking, landscaping, drainage and infrastructure, with details of means of access to the extra care units for approval, and details of layout, scale, appearance, landscaping and means of access to the non-residential floorspace reserved for future determination. (Amended Proposal - site layout revised to include 4 additional dwellings and housetype changes, additional visitor car parking spaces, inclusion of allotments and trim trail/outdoor gym equipment, revisions to north-east drainage basin to incorporate a walking route, description includes demolition of farm buildings, and submission of new and updated Supporting Documents and Reports)
