1 Phased site-wide demolition of all existing buildings and structures, site preparation and enabling works (including excavation); and 2 Phased construction of buildings comprising residential units (Use Class C3); flexible commercial business and service floorspace (Use Class E); hard and soft landscaping works including public open space, access and highway alterations, car and cycle parking provision, and all other associated ancillary works (the "detailed" ele
