Conversion of the existing two-storey garage building into a gym facility for the exclusive use of hotel guests. A preparation kitchen to serve The Stones Cafe is proposed, along with the provision of additional parking within the site curtilage. Finally, permission is sought to allow The Wainstones Hotel to host wedding ceremonies (excluding wedding receptions and associated events) within the orchard at 29 High Street.
