Change of use of the ground and basement floor level from a Physiotherapy Studio (Class E) into a self-contained maisonette flat (Class C3) comprising of 2 bedrooms; alterations to the existing shopfront to include, replacement of glazing and entrance door with new double glazed windows; erection of metal railings with a metal gate around the perimeter of proposed front lightwell; excavation of part of the front garden to form a lightwell and installation of an external ladder to the side elevation within the front lightwell leading to ground floor level; replacement of an existing window with a new single door, to the rear elevation at basement level.
